Workshop 2: Employment, work design and work 4.0 (January 2019)

Digitisation increases pressure on employees because work is to become faster, more flexible, more mobile and more cost-effective. The “Employment and Work 4.0” Workshop will deal with the question of how activities, employment, personnel structures, workplaces, qualifications and work content happen to change and how it will be possible for the transition to “Work 4.0” to be co-designed in the interests of the employees. The main focus in this regard is on questions relating to work organisation, qualifications and the structure and design of work.
