The objective of the measure is to
- reinforce employee skills to cope with digital change,
- prepare employee representatives for the challenges associated with “Work 4.0”,
- familiarise them with the opportunities, potentials and risks
- as well as to elaborate industry policy perspectives and operational models for action.
The company and trade union employee representatives are supported in anticipating the changes resulting from digitisation and actively shaping the associated standards for Work 4.0.
