I'm currently 100LB's overweight and I really need to get on some kind of plan and I've heard literally nothing but good things about weight watchers throughout my life. If you are tracking the veggies, water, and able to do some walking you can probably get yourself another 3 or 4 or more points during the day. Hardboiled eggs are awesome to have around for a snack.
