Especially considering if you're on drop rate for staff pieces and spear you go way past 120 anyway. I did a test and it was more in the range of 20-30 iirc, so that's a difference of about 1.5 hours. It almost certainly doesn't include auto screener. The ED3 title wasn't changed for the sake of ironman mode if I recall, but for drop logs as it was deemed too rare, even though I don't think it was that rare if you did solos (1/45 or 1/55 for a piece which isn't that rare with 3 dungeons an hour). .
