The 10mm FCU can also be used with 45ACP, but nothing else. 9mm FCU’s are also good for 40 S&W and 357 Sig, but not with any other calibers. I’m sure from a standpoint of functionality it is reasonable, but it is SO UNBELIEVABLY UGLY. I see people post these otherwise BEAUTIFUL P320s, with these god-awful growths on the side of the frame, and it just really bothers me. I mean to each his own, I guess. I sorta scratched the polymer frame (oh well) using a tool to bring the take down lever down. I always expected that a new gun is rather stiff, but this was ABNOXIOUSLY stiff. If you are ever found in this situation please check this out.Make sure gun has no magazine and is empty, safety first. Pull slide back and push up slide catch until locked back. Rotate takedown lever to six or seven o'clock position. Release slide catch and pull slide forward all the way off the rails until it free of grip module. Sometimes just turning clockwise while pulling will get it to come out sometimes is a twisting clockwise and counterclockwise plus pulling and wiggling. It’s not an easy push/pull thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Reply Feb 25, 2023 · Hello all, The slide is stuck on the frame. I cannot get the slide back far enough to lock it and turn the take down pin from 3:00 to 6:00. The take down pin is fully inserted and in the correct position. I also cannot insert a magazine. It is a brand new M 18 X-Change kit on a X full frame... This is what happens when the guide rod is either in the wrong orientation or off-center (on compact models). To me, something looks wrong with the take down lever. Remove slide and make sure the FCU is seated in the grip module and make sure that take down lever is inside properly and press back all the way.Of course the main issue is that takedown lever was not in the fully unlocked mode when that slide came forward. Now the takedown lever is probably pushing up on the slide, causing it to jam. Try pulling back on the slide and while doing so, try turning the takedown lever either forward or backward - trying to free up the slide..
