You would need to have a pretty decent way to bolt the two boxes together. In order for it to still move around you will likely need to us only one set of wheels at the joint. Use both sets from the 44" and the outside set from the 26" (caster sets on the ends) . It looks like the 26" box might be a bit different, if ....
