Frost is king in T7 and starts to fall behind Unholy after it. It's the hardest spec to learn, because it can be very punishable if you f*ck up your rotation. Mainly a single-target DPS spec, but can surprise you on AoE if your procs align. Unholy is king of AoE and is the best spec after T7 (maybe T8). Blood is the easier spec to learn..
