Xfinity mobile Assurant trade in issues. I filed a complaint with the BBB last night and received a phone call from xfinity today. I was told that on their end the trade in was not canceled and the issue would be resolved. If it is not corrected before the next billing it would be put in manually. So I guess it's an answer.

Everything was mailed back to Xfinity/Assurant on 2/25. Almost a month has gone by, and Assurant has sent several messages saying they did not receive Phone A. Odd, because the tracking numbers show delivered on 2/27. Phone B also shows on my Xfinity mobile account as not yet received, despite also being delivered on 2/27..
