But with Dawnbreaker, it seems like once you are hit, it sticks with you, similar to something like Venom Arrow or Vampire's Bane. I am not sure how that affects internal mechanics of skill. I am not sure if that means it should or should not be dodgeable. But Dawnbreaker does not seem to be as clear-cut an AoE as something like Biting Jabs.
