Of the remaining six companions, BioWare declined to offer a romance quest for Jolee, Canderous, HK-47, T3-M4, and Zaalbar. Mission Vao is not of legal age and thus was not included in the romance options either. Xor (Juhani's quest) doesn't ever say where he will be, other than declaring that he'll be back for her. In my last playthrough he showed up for the second time just outside the Ebon Hawk on the Korriban port and bugged out when I was trying to interact with him and it won't trigger any dialogue. Every companion quest, except for the ones for Zaalbar and HK-47, are received by talking to a messenger that appears in the docking area of each world. They most often appear when leaving the Ebon Hawk.
