It's located in the northern part of Raven Creek close to the yellowish police station that has bin updated to look like survivors made it into a base. It's got a huge graveyard and the main church got 3 floors. Ground floor has nothing special just 2 sinks and a lot of benches.The jewelry/history building next to the police department, lower middle of the map right where the suburbs connect to the city. It's also close to the overrun stronghold, the coast, the storage facility, etc. It's surrounded by unclimbable (for zeds) fences and only has one entrance you can easily blockade.Loot respawn works only in “towns and cities” maybe Raven Creek does not get recognised as that. For example remote army surplus and gun shop in west part of the map does not respawn ever because those are not considered part of towns by game. Also there is other option that requires a map chunk to be unseen for X hours for loot to respawn ...I got rid of most of my mods (including 10 Years Later).
