The arms won't release. Well we figured out if you let some of the pressure off the hydraulics then they would go down, however now we get loose rolls. Bought a new to me New Holland BR7060 round baler over the winter and just got the monitor put in the tractor this week. When you turn the monitor on, it flashes "error" and points to the "full bale" indicator. You can hit clear and it goes away. Bale size shows 30 in like it should.

When you adjust the tie rod the collar will get closer to the linkage. Loosen the set screw and rotate the collar out of the way if it hits the linkage. After the tie rod is adjusted then move the collar back into place with about an 1/8" gap between the collar and linkage when the twine tubes are in the home position.
