When you add a line to your plan it's going to add straight onto your regular bill I believe. Hello, I will be traveling to Spain soon and would like to receive to phone calls and texts from my US Metro phone (fully unlocked). Called customer service and they said no roaming is provided outside Canada and Mexico. However I found the following link on Metro’s website where they list roaming countries. SCAMMED BY METROPCS. i went and bought a phone from metro (new line and everything) but when i paid and the employee handed me the phone i realized the internet on the phhone wasnt working but it could call and text so i brought it to the persons attention they looked it up and said "its just provisioning give it an hour and come back" an hour ... Change a MetroPCS phone number to another phone by going through the Activation section on the MetroPCS website.
