I have change starters, ck clutch via DDL 8.13, check all relays and fuse. When turning the key it clicks at the SAM chassis module only. Any help will be greatly appreciated. If you don't get around +12V there's a problem earlier in the circuit. Go to step #3. If you do get +12V clean the terminal on the starter and the cable and reconnect them and try again.
