Back the car you want to tow with up close to the car you want to tow. Get out and go to where the cars meet. Hold V to open up the radial menu and select the option to attach the vehicles (on the left) Release the menu and the vehicles will be attached. Drive the first car as normal and you can now tow vehicles around.

A person's traits don't change the way the car works mechanically, but this trait does that. A proper driving trait would affect the level of panic and situational awareness a person experiences when driving at high speeds, not the speed of the car itself.

I rather leave that one point free than to take speed demon. Sunday driver is too slow at 30mph u literally can't push thru horde which is no good. And speed demon is too loud and is like a dinner bell for zed in town. The nornal driver without trait is good enuff with a decent horsepower vehicle.

Sunday driver is not worth it. More likely to get stuck in a horde, and towing ability is terrible. I like to tow cars back to my base or tow wrecks just off the road. Good negatives with minimal impact are short sighted, conspicuous, and weak stomach.
