Taurus hasn't come up with a direct .45 replacement either.The factory Mag spacer is a little short, so you can see gaps above and below it (PT111 with 24/7 mag) but I can't feel the gaps at all. You should be able to keep pulling the trigger and hopefully the round will discharge, then revert back to SA mode again. If it doesn't discharge, you would have to clear the chamber and then you would be back in SA mode again.I am thinking of selling my Pt145 Millennium Pro but I have a couple of extra Mags, and a Don Hume Leather IWB that have to go with it.
