My thumb is bleeding at this point lol. Might not be the same, but for a while the 320s needed to push the barrel down or back slightly to allow the lever to drop. This fixed it.

Flip up the slide lock and try to man-handle it off by moving it back and forth until it gives, just be careful not to bend it sideways. An internet search revealed this as a very common problem on the P320 series with various proposed fixes. Upon disassembly I found the lever pin has a camming groove surface that had some machining burrs on it. I’ve found that the Sig Armourers block really makes P320 take down , FCU removal a breeze , it seems especially useful when fitting a tight grip module like the Wilson Combat .
