For a corrupted Authority build, you could go 15 Agi, 20 Grit with Steel Thewed Perk, 20 Auth and 5 Expertise or 20 Agi and use Carry Capacity+ armour/buff. If you really want to use Strength weapon with an Authority build, my suggestion would be 15 Str, 15 Agi, 20 Vit, and 10 Auth.
