Solo friendly. I always take in this order, in order to get rube arms first abd unlock free ranger feats "in time". 1-2, arty. 3-8 ranger. 9-20 rogue. Edit: a key to make this work is to have enough dex for esch feat u need to take at the time u need to take it. Plan this out carefully.Strimtom. Some involve race/class/universal tree unlocks but a fair bit don't. I would say new players go look there instead of other places. His builds are really good for starters.

Can do traps use a rune arm, is focused on CC spells but can still do decent aoe damage and has high single target with crossbow and inquisitive. I wanted one place to house all my individual guides so that if you ever need to find a build of mine but can't find the name, it will be here. Full guides will be one section and then just character builds will be another. Heroic Feats: Force of Personality, Maximize, Empower, Quicken, Medium Armor prof - these are key. Wizard past life is nice, as is spell focus Evo or Mental Toughness. Epic/Legendary Feats: Epic Eldritch blast, Intensify, 2 left over. Can take Ruin & Greater Ruin (which means you can respec to draconic) or Wellspring and something else.
This build can be geared just fine! I play a 18/2 Wiz/Rog Shadar Kai that runs EK/PM and Vistani. Dual wielding daggers and it holds up just fine in mid reaper legendary for melee and survivability soloing and CC in EE legendary. Leveling the build is super easy, fun and fast and I play 90% solo. End game it holds up quite well and mostly solo too.
