If the Oxylus was a tier 1 or 2 reward instead then it would be more likely to give players incentive to use it. By putting it at the cap you've trivialized the sentinel. I don't have any ideas for how to improve the Oxylus itself at the moment but I felt that that was the more important point to stress.

Using Oxylus sentinel, fish can be seen on the mini map but they don't appear in the water. There is a really long delay (30sec+) between starting to fish with dye/bait and fish appearing despite Oxylus showing them on the mini map.

Makemap. Oxylus "scan matter" mod is useless and needs to be changed. Scan matter doesn't sound right for what it does. What it should do instead of resource container, is auto scan collectible plants. Later DE can add some plants in Cetus or Fortuna to craft items.
