Feb 26th 2023. #522. It seems that this mod is causing all items bought from traders and flea market to be FIR. I removed every other server mod except SPT Realism and the issue persisted, then removed SPT Realism (both the plugin and the server mod) for the issue to no longer occur. Here is my config file for the mod.

TL:DR - SPT-Realism was the reason the health was not changing & the fix was as simple as making SPT-Realism be first in my load order so that KMC Server Value Modifier would overwrite whatever values SPT-Realism were changing to then allow me to set my custom health values. The fix:M16A4 BY Miralyn. All credit to Miralyn, Dueleus and Pettan. At first, I think there is no need to upload this self-use mod as Pettan has already released his YET ANOTHER MIRALYN WEAPONS PORT, that mod has included all Miralyn's marvelous works. Hi everyone, I bought EFT and downloaded SPT-AKI yesterday so I'm fairly new. So far I've done 3 PMC runs and 3 scav runs. All 3 scav runs went horribly wrong (got shot after 1 or 2 minutes), one PMC run went wrong (shot after 1 min), one was okay but meh (mostly avoided combat so no good loot) and one was with PVE deactivated.
