Use lugworms to catch nothing but gobies, mooch HQ gobies for a Wahoo (sometimes you get a Silver Shark instead). Mooch HQ Wahoo and you get either a Silver Shark or, less often, the Titanic Sawfish. You'll get Silver Sharks 90% of the time from the HQ Wahoo, but dem's da breaks and Silver Sharks are still good money on the MB.
