Old row fraternities
"Old Row" is a term used by fraternities at the university of Alabama to describe the older fraternities along University Avenue. In the 1960s some fraternities moved to build houses along another street. That was "New Row". Old Row became a term for the old elite. it also became a clothing line. It has nothing to do with FSU.At Alabama 'old row' used to mean the fraternities along University Blvd but that has changed. Obviously every school does not have an 'old row'location. If you mean which fraternities are the traditional top houses at FSU, you'd have to go back before Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi got kicked off because they qualify.Do old row fraternities only hang out with old row sororities and new row fraternities with new row sororities?
